This notice explains what personal information Manado Vistas collects when you contact us, why, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain. We do not sell your information.

Who we are

Manado Vistas is a land venture based in North Sulawesi, Indonesia, offering agricultural land to operators on lease and partnership terms. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@manadovistas.com. Where applicable data-protection law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) treats us as a data controller, we act as one for the information described here.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by email:

• Your name and the organisation you represent
• Your email address and the country you operate from
• The structure you're interested in, and anything you write about your operation

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, and continue a business conversation you've started. Under the GDPR, our legal basis is our legitimate interest (and yours) in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and — where relevant — taking steps at your request before any agreement. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent.

Verification & due diligence

For enquiries that progress toward a possible agreement, we may verify the details you provide and carry out proportionate background and compliance checks — for example, confirming your company's registration, beneficial ownership, sanctions and watchlist screening, and general business standing — using reputable public sources and third-party screening services. We do this to assess a potential partnership and to meet our legal and compliance obligations, and we apply it consistently. We'll only go as far as is reasonable for the stage and scale of the discussion.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is read by the principal and, where needed, trusted advisors (such as legal or land professionals) helping assess it. Our website form is delivered through a third-party form provider that processes the submission on our behalf. We share your information only as needed to respond to you or as required by law. We never sell it.

International transfer

We operate from Indonesia and the United States, so if you contact us from elsewhere your information will be handled in those countries. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it's processed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting relationship, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@manadovistas.com and we'll respond. If you're in the EU/UK, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this notice from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
